As far as we know, there is no evidence of other life in the universe, with a conscience like ourselves or not.
However, considering how large the universe is and the laws of probability, I think it is very unlikely there are no other life forms out there. They might be very simple, not aware of their place in the universe as we humans are or even very different from what we think of life, but there might some. However, no evidence of that exists so far.

Like Isabel has said while there is no evidence it seems to me very likely that there is some other form of life somewhere else in the universe.

Scientists are always looking for this with telescopes both with their eyes and looking at radio signals coming from space. This is done in America using the SETI (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence) Programme. However because space is so large they can only ever look in one small area at a time so may miss things.

In fact in 1977 an astronomer called Jerry R. Ehman detected a very short radio signal that no one knows where it came from or what it meant. There are many possible sources of radio signals, starts give them off, sometimes signals from earth can bounce back. However as of yet scientists can not explain where this signal came from or what it means so it could be from Aliens! But there has also never been a repeat of the signal so if it was from other life why have they not tried to send more signals?
