• Question: Can we live in a certain that makes us immune to diseases? What would we do?

      A healthy life style can help build and maintain a strong immune system! Lots of fruit and veggies are super important for a good immune system! Also avoiding unhealthy food like fried stuff and too much sweets (with the exception of the occasional treat, of course!) can help you build a strong immune system.

      Sport and exercising, and avoiding bad habits such as drinking a lot of alcohol and smoking can also play a HUGE in helping a person avoiding diseases 😉

      We can’t really make ourselves 100% immune to all diseases, but, as Zena says, a healthy diet with plenty of fruit an veg, drinking lost of water and doing exercise can help us stay healthy. And that way our immune system is healthy as well and can respond to infections better.
