This is a very hard question to answer precisely! We think that there is between one billion to a thousand billion cells in a body but this is an estimation that is hard to validate.

What’s cool is that in our bodies a lot of our cells are not our own! We actually carry lots and lots of bacterial cells as well, a lot of the bacteria cells in our bodies are good for us and we need them to be healthy. But bacterial cells are much much smaller than our own cells!
