I enjoyed working with different people and getting experience with different kinds of cooking. I did some in restaurants, and some in cafes. I even worked in fast food for a while. I think these jobs are important and you can learn a lot. There is also a lot of science that goes on in the kitchen like heat, microwaves, chemical reactions, and biology!

I wanted to learn more about the world so I left the food industry to go and study at university, but maybe one day in the future I will open my own cafe or restaurant. At the moment I am happy working in science.
