Question: why do we have the galaxy/universe?

We have some theories about how the galaxy and universe came to be but why this happened is a profound and hard question to answer!

The big bang theory says that everything that makes up the universe was once concentrated at a single point! This at some point exploded and all the matter that was concentrated at that one point turned into all the things that make up the universe!
