      I like science because it’s great to discover something new or learn something that you didn’t know before and studying science means you get to do that everyday! I guess I have a curious nature – a lot of the time I’m not satisfied with knowing something (like a physical law or event in nature) unless I also know WHY or HOW it works. Also it’s comforting to know that there is an answer to whatever question you are asking, even if it seems really difficult at first.

      However, I think if you like science it doesn’t restrict you to being a scientist. I also enjoy learning about history for the same reasons actually but for my job I prefer to write reports than essays because that’s just the way my brain works.
