As far as we know, there is no evidence of aliens or any other life in the universe, with a conscience like ourselves or not.
However, considering how large the universe is and the laws of probability, I think it is very unlikely there are no other life forms out there. They might be very simple, not aware of their place in the universe as we humans are or even very different from what we think of life, but there might some. However, no evidence of that exists so far.

Like Isabel said, it’s hard to believe that there is no other life form away from the earth. But it is very hard to imagine what that would look like! There is a lot of work being done in science to study the conditions under which life could evolve and see if any of the planets that we have access to actually meet those conditions. So the next few years can be very exciting in that regard!
