Do you mean if conductors act like resistors?!

I am not a physicist but I know that the resistivity of certain conductors can depend on their temperature or the amount of light they receive. So for example, a particular material would have a very high resistance when cold (and so be a resistor), but low resistance (and so be an conductor) when hot.
