      I don’t work with animals.
In my lab we work with human cancer cells grown on petri dishes and sometimes with bacteria, also grown on a different type of petri dishes.

I don’t work with animals either. Although other members of my group are working with stalked eyed flies. In these flies males and females look very different from each other (males are larger and have bigger eyes, you can see them here: ). So the lab studies these differences between males and females. They think that males with larger eye-spans are more “sexy” because females are more attracted to them!
