  I don’t think forces were really created at any point. I guess they came into being when the universe came into existence too! So more than 13 billion years ago!
  
  Forces can come about for different reasons. For example, things that have mass, like the earth and the sun and me and you, are related to gravitational force or gravity. Another example is a magnet which is linked to a different kind of force: magnetic force. When the universe came into being, things with mass and things that caused magnetic fields also came into being. So the origins of forces go hand in hand with the origins of the universe!
